In June 2000, a few friends and I started a software company designed to transform the massive employee benefits industry. Those early days were a lot of work but also a ton of fun. Our small team was made up of brilliant and talented people who designed and engineered a platform that continues to grow today.

These days I invest in a few startups and interact with many entrepreneurs. I often draw on what we learned in the early days of building our company. In this blog, I’ll try to share some of those valuable insights.
