As the co-founder and CEO of our startup, it was thrilling to go through the year-long process of preparing for an IPO and then going on the roadshow for our initial public offering on the NASDAQ.

That year, 2013, our company grew up a whole lot. We surpassed $100m in annual revenue, but even more than that, our management team learned how to excel alongside some of the biggest and best technology companies on the planet.

I continue to draw on that experience in the platforms I work with today. I’ll share some of those learnings and, hopefully, they will be of help to you as you accomplish your goals.
